Ori Reiss
President & CEO
Ori Reiss, President and CEO of GlobalNet Services, Inc. (GNSI), founded the award-winning Information Technology firm in 1995. Under his leadership, GNSI has grown in both staff and revenue, and has received numerous industry and client awards in recognition for its technical excellence and growth. in 2010, the Maryland Daily Record honored Ori by presenting him with the "Maryland Innovator of the Year" award. In 2012, SmartCEO named GNSI a Best Run Company, recognizing Ori's successful leadership.
Ori has a strong background in program management, quality assurance, web application development, systems integration, networking, business intelligence, and enterprise search solutions. Mr. Reiss was an early adopter of web-based application development, and spearheaded Internet/intranet development efforts for the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the National Institutes of Health (NIH), and other organizations. He has led a number of successful projects including the development of the first web based system and portal at the FDA, maintenance of the FDA's Internet and intranet infrastructures, and the development of numerous systems and applications for nearly all of the FDA's Centers.
Ori has established partnerships with leading solutions companies including Google, Microsoft, Oracle, IBM, HP, Adobe, Citrix, Red Hat, VMWare, and Rackspace.
An active member of the Maryland business community, Ori currently serves as Chairman of the Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce (MCCC) and is a Board Member of the Technology Council of Maryland (TCM). Ori leads GNSI's community service efforts and has supported numerous organizations, including the American Red Cross, Hearts and Homes for Youth, the Gude Men's Shelter, and Family Services, Inc. He also serves on the board of the Save a Child's Heart (SACH) organization.
Ori holds a B.S. in Economics and Marketing and an M.B.A. from the University of Maryland. Ori is married and has three children.

Dan Goldman, Ph.D
Executive Vice President & Chief Science Officer
Dr. Daniel Goldman has been with GNSI since 1999. Dan has extensive experience in the design and development of web-based applications, specializing in Java Enterprise technologies and Macromedia ColdFusion. Dan has led projects for a variety of clients including the FDA and NIH. Dan has over 15 years of science research and laboratory management experience, including five years at the FDA combining research with application review, as well as 12 years of experience managing information technology projects.
Dan received a B.A. in Chemistry, a Ph.D. in Biochemistry from Harvard University, and an M.A. in Computer Science from Johns Hopkins. Dan is a Project Management Institute certified Project Management Professional (PMP). Dan is married with two children.

Chuck Kramer
Vice President of Health Systems
Chuck Kramer joined GNSI in 2010 as head of GNSI's Health Systems practice. He has both a B.A. and M.B.A. in Business Administration. A former Chief Technology Officer, Chuck has designed and implemented leading edge technology solutions for clients in the public and private sectors for over 30 years. His experience includes the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), the Executive Office of the President, Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ), NIH, the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), and numerous other federal offices and private-sector clients. He has been a frequent speaker at technology events on topic such as social media, security, disaster recovery, enterprise search, and business continuity.
Chuck is active in the community and works closely with the Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce, the Technology Council of Maryland, and serves as the President of the Board of Directors for Family Services, Inc., a non-profit that has provided a range of community and mental health services for over 100 years.

Pino Marinelli
Vice President of Software Engineering
Pino Marinelli brings over 25 years of experience in implementing solutions for federal, state, and commercial clients. His domain experience includes federal accounting, financial management and administrative systems, mortgage banking, pension fund administration, and telecommunications. His experience spans all phases of the development life cycle. Since joining GNSI in 2002, Pino has implemented web-based solutions at the FDA and NIH, and is currently the Program Manager for the FDA's Unified Registration and Listing System.
Pino holds a B.A. in Latin American Studies and an M.A. in Public Administration from the University of Pittsburgh. Pino is certified as a PMP by the Project Management Institute. Pino is married and has five children.

Michael Peters
Vice President of Systems Engineering
Michael Peters, the Director of Systems Integration at GlobalNet Services, Inc. (GNSI), has proven expertise in infrastructure and network architecture, customer service, and Engineering Design Automation (EDA). For over 25 years he has provided technical and management support in various engineering, design, and data management roles. Mike's diverse experience includes enterprise services, network administration, system security, database administration, ERP implementation, web technology, and project management.
Mike provides project management support for the FDA's Internet and Intranet Systems Support Group. He is the Principal Systems Engineer for the FDA's Electronic Submissions Gateway (ESG). Additionally, Mike provides enterprise architect support for a variety of extranet applications for both the FDA and NIH. Mike leads an elite team of certified subject matter experts in Microsoft and UNIX systems, VMware, Citrix, Google Search Appliance functionality, Urchin Web Analytics, Business Objects, system security, Akamai Edge Suite, Oracle RDBMS and Application Servers, and network design and integration.
Mike holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Michigan State University. Mike is married and has two children.
